Write in your journal. Read that book you've been wanting to finish. Dust off the art supplies. Simply take in the surrounding beauty. We want you to follow your heart's desire on our trips, replenishing however you need.
Inspiration and creation
There is nothing more inspiring than allowing ourselves to be free in mother nature, in tune with our senses and deepest desires. In a group of our sisterhood our creative energy grows and grows.
A sense of renewal
We spend so much time in our heads. Our trips allow us to get back into our bodies, through moment such as yoga, hiking, dancing and everything in between.
Opportunities to lead
We love co-creating the experience together. Each trip allows room for you to teach or share your gifts with the rest of the group. Know a lot about astrology? Do you have a knack for guided meditations? Want to read some poetry? Teach us how to paint? Anything goes!
HI! I'M EMILY.
Her True Nature was created in recognition of the women around me. After going through some challenging life changes, the women in my life appeared more fierce, wise and loving than ever before.
I wondered: what if every single woman on this planet treated one another with this same sisterhood love? The world would be transformed.
The seed was planted. I NEEDED to create space for a universal sisterhood— and there was no better place than in Mother Nature herself. Escaping to the ocean, writing to the moon, journeying to the mountains was so life-giving; as I felt her power I was reconnected with my own. I wanted every woman to experience this too.
You know what's crazy? She asked me to do this. Mother Earth needs us, too.
We no longer can afford to deny our true nature. We need it as much as our loved ones and the planet we call home.
In many ways this is my birthright.
Creating a space for this reconnection takes all that I love and turns it into a mission. To release our own suffering and to heal our open wounds. To dance together in our brilliance, freedom and truth.
I'm a leader, facilitator, certified coach, yoga instructor, gardener, musician, dancer, writer, thinker, dreamer, jokester, lover, planner, visionary, the-ocean-in-one-drop, and one-drop-in-the-ocean.
